WHAT the HELL is your EGO???

Hitherto the subject of the Ego has been a very controversial one. Many people postulate that the ego is some sort of esoteric belief which has no tangible source for reasoning. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to understand the karma of the ego. Why it is there, what it does and why we have one. Today Id like to formulate my perceptions on this subject because I think it is one of the utmost and crucial things that we need to understand in and on our life journey here as humans.

When people talk about the ego they tend to talk very lightly of it. Even with little or no understanding of the subject at all, it still seems to crop up in conversations every now and then. In general I have concluded that the preponderance of people whom chose to converse about the ego believe it to be something that ‘makes you do bad things’. So without further a do lets get into the details and see what we can understand about the ego.

Every human has an ego. It is commonly expressed as the ‘voice in our head’ or the thing that told us to do something bad that maybe we wouldn’t usually have indulged in. There are many philosophers that believe that Satan, the Devil and other evil entities are actually just the ego written into a story to help you understand what it is or how it works etc Im sure you can remember certain cartoons when you may have been younger that aired on TV that showed a character with a Devil on one shoulder advising him and an Angel on the other also trying its best to guide the character to doing the right thing. This is a great way to perceive the battle of the ego against the higher self (soul). I think by envisioning the ego vs the soul in such a way can help us understand a little bit more about the ego and the bad tricks it plays on us. The ego is mainly a ‘bad’ thing and we really should work towards disallowing its power over us.

Why is the ego a ‘bad thing’?

The ego makes us do foolish, dangerous and preposterous things. It gets us in trouble, it tells us to do silly things and it takes control of us fully. The ego works in many mysterious and secretive ways without us having the slightest idea it even exists. Because if you knew it was there and how it actually works against you, you would instantly disburden yourself of its ascendancy.

If the ego is bad, why is it here bestowed upon us?

The ego is within us because it makes us learn. It presents us with a multitude of opportunities to learn and gain experience along our journeys. The problem arises when the ego gets so engrained within us as we develop into adults and seems to become us. That is the one true and dangerous issue. The ego says to you,


The ego becomes you. It then becomes your one and only source for direction and guidance when you feel like you most need help from that inner voice. You have allowed the evil to become you and you base all your decisions on those fabricated and created by your ego. You are basically under control and have no power to make real, honest, caring and compassionate decisions. Your life becomes based upon fear, anger, anxiety, victimisation, obsessive behaviours, dominance, uncontrollable emotions, desire, needs, wants and attachments. None of these things are actually you. When you were born and in your most natural state of ‘being’ the only thing you wanted or desired was the loving attention from your mother. Only when you start to grow up and the ego starts to set in do all these unnatural wants, needs and desires start to kick in and become a controlling force upon you. When you are young and at the ages of around 3-8 years old you don’t care what colour the other kids are, how the other kids look or what clothing they are sporting. Only when we start to grow up does the ego start to create an awful trait within us called judgement. We grow up and we start to judge others. Judgement is one of the worst possible traits a human being can have. It makes us ugly when we chose to judge others. Judgment causes separation, religion, sexism, racism and disconnection. All of these characteristics are unfortunately the quintessential ingredients for destruction, destruction of the world, peace, love and humanity itself.

I watched a movie recently that stars the famous actor Jason Statham. He walks out of a building just before he gets ran over by a car and says this verse, which is an absolutely fantastic way to explain how, what and who the ego is inside of us. Just read,

Couldn’t have put it better myself!

The ego controls us by making us WANT things. We WANT attention and we certainly WANT approval. We desire everything thats big, shiny and new. Why? Because we simply WANT to be BETTER than others. We buy a Mercedes because of the name badge. A car is for transportation, nothing else. But we WANT to show off by purchasing a ‘named’ car, with a fancy badge and a high ticket price. Why? Because we WANT approval, we believe our car choice says things about us as INDIVIDUALS. The badge, the shape, the colour and the price tag seem to justify what league we are in. Drive a Porsche, Ferrari or Bentley and you are rich, youv’e made it. Drive a Mercedes, BMW or Audi and you are ‘Middle class’. Drive anything less and you haven’t made it yet and you are not worthy of being accepted by the upper or middle class people yet. What are these systems, leagues and levels that people yearn to accomplish? What an absolutely absurd way of thinking and ‘doing’ life. But, everyone is doing life exactly this way and we wonder why the world has gone crazy! We BLAME others, leaders, presidents and terrorists but we never seem to want to blame ourselves. It is US and that is that!!!

Juluis Ceaser once said,

‘The greatest enemy will hide in the last place you would ever look’.

He is clearly talking about the ego in this statement. The ‘enemy’ IS your ego. It wont let you know that as it WANTS to strive and live on inside of you. The ego never wants to lose power over you as it feeds off of your fears daily. You are being controlled by your ego and its only YOU, YES only YOU, who can help yourself. There are two conflicting voices inside of our heads, the ego will 99% of the time be the most dominant one and the higher self (your soul) will be pushed aside and be much more submissive. You need to learn to access your higher self and to shut off the ego. Much more easier said than done.

How do we proceed to eliminate the control of the ego?

First off we need to learn what it is the ego does to us, what it makes us do and how we can then stop ourselves from playing along with it. So without further a do lets have a look at a list of things that the ego does to us so we can identify the issues and work on resolving them. The ego makes us:

WANT things

DESIRE things

NEED things

ACT Angry and out of control

FEAR things



LABEL ourselves

THINK we are something unique and special

BELIEVE we deserve something

The list goes on.

None of these things we did as children so why do we do them as ‘adults’?


Once we start to realise what is happening we can then proceed to dismantle the defective relationship we have with our ego. From personal experience I started with judgment. Every time I was about to judge someone for being fat, shopping in the cake isle in Asda Id stop. Ok it wasn’t that easy like it all just stopped instantaneously but the moment you start to put effort into something and that effort comes from the heart then it will soon flourish into an effortless doing. Just by starting to cut out little niggles like judgment, or bouts of anger etc you will soon start to see the benefits by taking control of your ego.

When we go out shopping or we are sat at home online aimlessly browsing pointless material goods pondering what items we think we NEED to buy to make ourselves feel better, look better and to grant us the approval by our peers we NEED to ask ourselves,

Do I REALLY need this? 


Do I want (need) this? 

The real meaning of NEED is that you actually are in need of something to survive or to complete a project etc The real definition of the word need should not be used whilst shopping for material good because you don’t NEED any of them! So unless you NEED this thing to survive you just WANT the item/s to show off, to fit in or to feel better which are ALL traits of the controlling ego. This habit we have of shopping is completely ego driven. The DESIRE to look or ‘feel good’ are all driven by your ego. I put feel good in inverted commas because its a widely used terminology that many people pass off as a viable excuse to buying expensive clothing, ‘It makes me feel good’. That is a load of BS.

So the question is do YOU really need the item? If its cold and you are buying a proper duck down or cold weather jacket that has purpose then of course this is not an ego driven action. But if you are cold and buying a pink fur lined high end, high cost jacket to    dualistically cover both cold weather issues and fashion issues at the same time this decision is still being over ruled and dominated by the ego.

The last two points I’m going to cover include; being unique and an individual and also labelling ourselves. Im going to quickly cover the latter as it is a very simple matter to discuss. We want to label ourselves purely to make ourselves look or sound better than someone else. ‘Hi, Im Doctor…’ sounds so much better than, ‘Hi, I work at McDonalds’. This sort of labelling and fabricated hierarchy causes separation from others and gives people what they believe a moral authority over others. If you believe you have a higher standing than someone else, whether its because you have a ‘higher education’, a better job, house, family name or rank within a business then you are ego driven. To separate yourself from another by saying you have power over them, you are wiser or obtain more knowledge means you are 100% judgmental and egoistic. You are no better than anyone else. That is the truth.

‘The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence’.

We are all completely equal, we are just souls experiencing life as a human. We all have our own paths and journeys no matter how esoteric, spiritual or religious you are, or are not. I do personally believe that a high percentage of people still would agree that we all have our own callings in life and we follow our paths no matter what. Now on to the last point, we are all connected. We are all sharing the same planet, the same food, water, energy and oxygen. We are souls, as I mentioned just a moment a go, having human experiences. We are all humans, well most of us, and we are all experiencing our individual journeys. Now just because we are all on a unique journey doesn’t mean we are so unique we have to become something spectacular or legend like to stand out and become noticed. This conception is just a ridiculous measure that the ego places upon us. There is no need to become anyone to do anything. We think we have to strive, to push the boundaries, to work until our hands bleed until we become ‘something’ but we don’t. This ideology is a complete fallacy. All we have to do on our journeys is just experience what we came here to experience and that is it. It is us humans and our egos that make everything so onerous and unnecessary.

Life is as hard as you make it. If you allow the ego to control you, you are surely making your life a very difficult one indeed. Slow down, take a moment and think about what you are doing in life. Are you making decisions based on compassion, love, care and creativity? Or are you leading a life of lies, fear, deceit, desire, anger and judgement? You are the owner and carer of your own mind. There is a true loving and guiding voice inside your own head, you just have to learn to listen to the right one.

You Are An Approval Whore

Why do we do things for approval?

We buy silly things that cost silly amounts of money just to receive approval from silly people.

You don’t buy fancy things for yourself. That statement is bullshit and a big fat lie.

Youv’e just been dropped into the jungle and you have ten items required for your survival in your possession. In front of you there is a shop selling two types of bags. One is a small plasticky ‘Gucci’ bag worth £700. The other bag is a small ‘Berghaus’ rucksack worth £70. You are going to need to survive for 1 year, what bag are you likely to take?

Yes, obviously you will take the Berghaus rucksack. A well made, rugged and durable piece of equipment much up to the task of protecting, storing and carrying your items safely. So why do we chose to buy stupid shiny, fancy, tacky and impractical, named bags to wonder around the high-street in?

The short answer is…

Because you want to fit in. You want approval. You are an approval whore. 


The reason people want to fit in and want to feel the acceptance of others is to do with insecurity. Insecurity simply stems from lack of self love and lack of self awareness. People believe that they aren’t good enough so they must by ‘add-ons’ to make them feel like they will be more acceptable to others. This is totally absurd but it goes on each and everyday, all over the world. We have a yearning to want to be someone or something else. Something that we are currently not whatever it is you want to be. The problem is that wanting to be something you are not means you will never ever ever have true love for yourself or others. Yes i said others. Someone once said to me…

If you cannot love yourself, you cannot love anybody else. 

You have too truly love yourself unconditionally before you can love anyone else. That love you believe you have for others is not love. It is a mixture of attachment, infatuation or a want or need for the company of that said person.

Self awareness?

Self awareness is truly knowing who you are, what you are supposed to do and what you are good/bad at. If you know who you are you don’t need ‘add-ons’ to enhance yourself. You don’t need ‘add-ons’ to make other people accept who you are because when you know yourself, you should know that if someone doesn’t accept you for who you are in your natural form then they can go F themselves quite simply.

Insecurity is one of many mental blockages or illnesses. It prevents you from ever being truly happy or ever having the ability to accept yourself for who you are.

Insecurity also comes from the EGO.

The simple fact that ‘I’ want this, or ‘I’ must have this, automatically illuminates the moral power of your ego over your true self.


‘I’ am not wearing/buying this for anyone else, it’s just for ‘ME’, ‘I’ like it.

I & ME are the words that engage the power of the ego.

YOU don’t need anything. YOU just want it. YOU don’t need a new handbag  because a bag is not a necessity. YOU do not need it to survive, YOU just want it because YOU believe it will make YOU look the part so you have the approval of others. YOU want it because you are greedy or YOU want to show off.

All showing off says is you feel like you have a point to prove. Why do you need to prove a point? Because you want attention. And why would one require attention? Because one feels like they haven’t got enough approval or attention which makes one feel insecure.

The need for approval illustrates that you are lacking security, self worth and self love.

If only you knew…

That the world is an illusion. There is no life nor death. There is only continuation. You don’t even have to die when you die…

Forget about all the things you think you know and start again. You are truly wasting your life away worrying about the opinions of others. The human race, evolution and well being of the planet are merely fictional notions that you consider to be true.

STOP for once in your life and just ask yourself:

Am I truly happy?

Who am I?

What I am doing in this life and world of mine?

Does life make any sense to me?

Does this world make any sense to me?

Am I truly fulfilling all my wants and needs?


Be honest when answering these questions. If you don’t know the answers then find them out. The time is now regardless of your ‘situation’.

Just ‘Trust’ The Universe!!!

We seem to endlessly search for that success status, the epitome of happiness or expect to stumble upon serendipity daily but why? Today I’d like to help you understand than no matter how hard you work, how hard you look or how hard you try, you aren’t going to make something happen that is not supposed to happen. I don’t care who you think you are!!!

You are who you are, nobody else can be you but you cannot be anybody else either. We live in a world where we are overly influenced by others around us, especially if they have been granted with a successful or fame filled life journey. We see what they have and we want what they have. We proceed to investigate their plans, patterns, moves and ways of life to attempt to intercept the ‘secret’ to replicate what they do, so we too, can be just as ‘successful’.

Such influencers like ‘GARYVEE’ who blurt out about how hard they work and how the key to be successful and happy is to work harder than everyone else until you ‘make it’ are just preposterous. If you aren’t supposed to be the vice president of a large business, a captain of a professional football team or a famous musician, you aren’t going to be, end of. Life has a plan for you and you absolutely need to understand this.

So why would you want to ‘trust the universe’?

You have no choice BUT I do dare you to TRY your utmost to achieve something and succeed at it when its not on your path. Go ahead and waste your time and then when you realise it isn’t going to work come back here and try reading this again.

So if and when you have realised that all you can do is put your trust into the universe and allow your path to form within the present moment as you transcend through your journey then you need to just be. Just be and let things be. Let things grow and let things flourish naturally. Do not endeavour to be someone you are not or to do something you aren’t made to do, just allow the river of life to flow in its peaks and troughs.

Finally, happiness and success are merely states of mind and being. You shall not arrive at happiness as a destination, you also cannot purchase ANYTHING that will get you closer to it. Success, what is success? I think people define success as arriving at the place they always thought they were ‘supposed’ to arrive at. Do you personally postulate that there truly exists a divine consciousness or feeling down the line? A place that exists only in the future? How many people have you heard of or met in your life that have stumbled upon or have been granted this so called state of ‘nirvana’ you believe to exist? Nobody. People seem to believe there is some sort of race or challenge set out to be the first person to reach this state of being, yet it really doesn’t exist. The sad thing is, every era, every decade and every century people still insist on seeking this notional fabricated world, state of being or feeling that they will never obtain. Happiness and success exist only within the present moment, period. The present moment only exists in the ‘now’ which basically means right now! If you cannot feel happiness right this very moment then you are not going to fulfil this feeling at any point in the future with some imaginary car, house, person or material item. Happiness can be developed quite simply by being grateful in the present moment.

We can practice this by thinking about what we DO have instead of what we believe we DON’T have. I have this and that right now and this makes me feel grateful and happy. I have a life, a wife, a car, a home, a dog etc Just thinking of one simple thing can be enough to make you feel grateful. If you struggle then you are just ungrateful. You have to understand or experience that people don’t have anything at all in this world. I have travelled to several third world countries and I have first handedly witnessed people suffering. Human beings that have nothing at all, living on the street, with no food, water, living arrangements or family around them. Unless this is you then you do have something to be grateful for.

Trust that the universe will always guide you on to the right path always. Be a good person. Love others, including the ones you wish not to love. Be present and be grateful to truly experience happiness. Be you and be true. Understand that all things happen for a reason, whether it is part of your success, your failure or an extension of a lesson that you needed to learn. Have faith and trust in the process. You are a soul having a human experience. You are not unique and you are not separate from everyone else. We are all part of the same energy system, the same being and the same life force. We may have slightly different journeys but we are we as a whole, as a unity. We must work with what we have naturally and not against it. Let go of all fears, know that you are loved by the universe and allow it to guide you.

Christmas is so fake.

It is powered by insecurity, peer pressure, false hope, pretentiousness, materialism, social status, money, fake love and most of all powered by a huge fake trap!

Hold on for a moment Jesus’s birth right?


You don’t go to church, you haven’t read the bible and you don’t follow the TEN Commandments…

So what are you doing?

If you celebrate Christmas then you may as well celebrate groundhog day, ramadan, Hanukkah, Diwali, my birthday, Chinese new year and god knows what other random celebrations there are.

So the most common argument is –

Its a good time to spend time with the family and to share gifts.


So there is no time in the rest of the year then? NO? OK

Then your life is truly messed up!

You are caught in a prison sentence with your job and you cant even get a day off to spend time with your family… Jees I think you must need to re-evaluate your life then!

Christmas is about giving…

No it isn’t. Its about Jesus being born. It has nothing to do with eating turkey, drinking alcohol and showing off your new Michael Kors bag, watch, camera and shoe set.

You are doing it all wrong. The truth is, yes the TRUTH is you are being drawn into a money trap where you feel you have to do what everyone else is doing by spending all your money that you IMPRISON yourself in all year just to waste it all on material gifts that hold no meaning or love whatsoever. REPEAT – Material items hold no LOVE at all. You are not being loving or caring. That comes from the heart. Perfume, money, clothes aren’t made in your heart.

I saw someone put a tweet out earlier slating people saying that they were so blessed on xmas because they got so many gifts, and how they didn’t know the true meaning of blessed and that they were basically stupid. I agreed. Being blessed has nothing to do with being showered with gifts. Being showered with gifts makes you a material whore. There are millions of people starving, suffering and dying right now and the only thing you are doing is posting pictures all over your social media of all your expensive shiny material objects acting all ‘WOW’ I’m blessed.

So it wasn’t your fault you got all those gifts? BS

I bet your mum and dad didn’t buy you a sheep. WHY? Because they knew you didn’t want or need a sheep. They brought you all the things YOU MANIFESTED. You didn’t ask them to donate they money too charity, so… Don’t look at me like I’m picking holes in you… Im being realistic. You quite happily put on your social media…

Pray for Africa or Iraq or some other fake status…

Yet you do nothing to help those places or people in times of suffering. You are more interested in flashing the cash and showing everyone how material you are.

Apologies for making this all sound so negative but sometimes the truth hurts and is needed.

You are caught in a trap, celebrating something you don’t believe in to work all year to then spend all of your money on pointless crap to then sit on your high horse like look at my gifts or look at how muchI brought my daughter, aren’t I a super amazing parent. NO YOUR’E FCUKING NOT.

Finally father Christmas has nothing to do with JESUS. It has everything to do with NORSE mythology and SIBERIAN shamans gifting MAGIC MUSHROOMS (FLY AGARIC) which is why everything is read and white, there is a Christmas tree which is where the specific mushrooms grow and reindeers absolutely love to eat fly agaric mushrooms. The fact that reindeer fly is because the shrooms are psychedelic… Use your brains 🙂

Are YOU Suffering Or Do YOU Know Someone Who Is???

Whether it is you or someone close to you we all know somebody that is suffering.

Today I’d like to run through some simple physical and mental exercises that could potentially offer you a temporary or even a permanent relief to your suffering. Like I said it may not be you who is suffering, it maybe your sibling, your husband or wife etc. It doesn’t matter who it is, if they are close to you it could be you who saves this person’s life.

Over 5,500 people commit suicide in the UK every year. I’ve spoken previously about how many people in the UK alone suffer with Anxiety and Depression who are still alive which is around 6 million. This is crazy and it can all be ended if we start to understand simply why these people are suffering.

The way the government deals with any type of suffering in the UK is to simply push people away offering nothing much but medication in the form of pills, often named ‘happy pills’. If you are lucky you may get some counselling where you get to sit in a room with what they call a psychotherapist who is most likely also a sufferer too. These people use completely useless tactics and methods to attempt to cure people of their suffering, 99% of the time these so called psychotherapists alleviate no suffering from the sufferer. If these pills or these pathetic methods that these uncaring, uneducated and inexperienced counsellors use worked, we wouldn’t be dealing with so many mental health or suicide issues here in the UK.

So I hope you can see that this only remedy offered for suffering doesn’t do anything at all. I want to quickly touch on these ‘funny pills’ whilst we are currently on the topic. I’ve heard of people saying that these tablets make them feel a little better. These tablets literally mong you out, they can make you feel slightly less agitated, a little calmer or a little less depressed. The thing is there are so many recorded cases of these tablets making people worse and further more causing even harsher mental problems including psychosis and suicide. These tablets are potentially only a mild temporary fix and as soon as the user stops taking them they will immediately always go back to square one. So these tablets may give the sufferer a slight boost but how long can this person surely be taking these said tablets for? Must they become completely dependant on these MIND ALTERING DRUGS for EVER??? This is preposterous, ridiculous and is certainly not THE cure for any mental health issue or a cure for people who are suffering.

There are an unlimited amount of potential reasons that someone could link to the cause of their suffering. There is really only a small handful of reasons to why people suffer. The four main reasons are a lack of understanding, a lack of gratitude, a lack of communication and the inability to be present in the current moment.

The very first thing we have to do if we are suffering with anything in our lives whether it is with depression, anxiety, loss of loved ones or attachment issues etc is to FIRSTLY ADMIT IT.

We can simply say the words,

I know I am suffering.

We have taken a very simple but very important first step to healing ourselves. We have realised that we are in fact suffering. Sounds so simple yet so many people are suffering and they either don’t know that they are or they wont admit it. Just putting it out to the universe and letting it know you are suffering is a great thing. You will invite many potential remedies into your life just by opening yourself up to accept help.

The next step is also very simple. We can now say the words,

I know I am suffering, I need help.

So we have firstly acknowledged our own suffering and secondly have have put it out to everyone around us including the universe that we require help to get past this problem.

If you don’t ask you don’t get!

The next step is very clear to me that it is the best way to start on your healing journey. I want you to understand that suffering in a mental way is purely created in YOUR OWN MIND. There are really no external things that make you feel anyway in particular, it is purely the way you react, relate or feel about something. We all know that each and every person reacts differently to similar or same situations. So there is no real thing that is creating this said suffering other than yourself. Now we have that cleared up the next step is simply practicing daily GRATITUDE.

I know all of this seems so simple but it is honestly all that is needed to give you relief of suffering. Stop getting caught up on the idea that there must be some ridiculous, complex crazy method needed to cure your issues. There isn’t!

So how do we practice gratitude and what does it mean to us?

Gratitude means simply being grateful for what we have in the present moment. So many people, trust me, SO MANY people are SO UNGRATEFUL these days. They have everything they need but they never stop to think that they have what they need as they are always thinking about the next thing they ‘need’ that will apparently make them that bit less unhappy. Gratitude in practice is simply being present and being 100% grateful for what you have right now…

Do you have a life?

Are you dying from cancer?

Do you have all of your limbs?

Do you have two eyes, a nose, and a mouth that somewhat function? 

Do you have somewhere to live?

Do you have one friend, or a family member who cares that you are alive?

Do you have somewhere to sleep at night?

Have you eaten in the past 24 hours?

And so on…

I bet you answered yes to all of these. So why are you so ungrateful? I know of plenty of people that can’t answer yes to many of these that are way happier, GUARANTEED, than you are. WHY? Because they are grateful they have something rather than nothing. Nowadays people think they don’t have anything and they always yearn for more more more! The problem is you already have everything you need you are just ungrateful and greedy! Learn to STOP, take a moment and be happy you aren’t starving, you have clean water, you have clothes to wear that are clean, you aren’t dying at the side of the road with cancer and with no medical help, you have somewhere to sleep safely at night, your eyes can see, you are not a cyclops or a one eyed pirate, your mouth can taste, breath and receive a loving kiss. All of these things you just expect to be there but wait, wait until you lose your eyesight, you lose your home, you become hospital bound with illness or you have a car accident and lose your good looks, a limb or even your wife/husband who was also in the car at the time. People don’t seem to care or notice until they lose what they always took for granted.

You don’t know what you got until it’s gone!!!

So, be mindful, be aware and be present in the moment. Think about what you have instead of what you THINK you don’t have. One day you may be so unlucky to lose something you took for granted and only then you may realise how much you took everything in life for granted and you will realise how ungrateful you used to be.

Stop and think how lucky you are. This can be practiced once a day everyday when you either wake up or go to bed. Its a fantastic way to start your day if you chose to do it first thing when you wake up. Just take a moment and stop, be comfortable and just be. A great exercise to bring you right into the present moment is to do this:

Take a nice deep breath inwards, hold it for four seconds and then breath outwards.

Now, when you breath in just be the air that fills your lungs, do not be the person you think you are, just be the breath inwards. Hold you breath for a few seconds and whilst you do, again just be the air inside of your lungs. When you are ready to breath out, just be the air that you are exhaling outwards. This is the best way to feel and be present in the current moment. Nothing can come closer.

Whilst you do this exercise you can simply say to yourself as you breathe in,

I have two eyes…

As you then proceed to breathe out you can go on to say,

I smile to my eyes as I am grateful that I have them to see all things that are beautiful around me. I am grateful. 

So simple yet so powerful. Please give this a go. Don’t forget to smile as you exhale and be happy. We tend to wake up to go to work everyday with a negative attitude and this sets our mood for the entire day ahead. Try for once just changing that routine and replace it with a few mindful deep breathing and gratitude exercises.

You can think of anything whilst you do your breathing exercises, you can think about your wife, your kids or anyone you care deeply about that is close to you. If you are alone, you can simply be happy for your own health, life or anything you think you could be possibly grateful for.

I am happy I am alive to live each day so I can offer my unconditional love for others.

To those who feel like they’d still be struggling to feel truly grateful for anything then I feel sorry for you. You must be living in the sewers, starving, have aids, cancer, only one arm and you must also be blind…

You always have plenty to be grateful for, just remember whatever situation you believe you are in, it could ALWAYS BE WORSE.

So, with our new found and practiced breathing and gratitude exercises we could potentially already be on our way to feeling somewhat better and slowly relieving some of our built up suffering. Next I’d like to talk about communication. Super important.

Communication is key. Always. Period.

I remember when I was on operational tour in Afghanistan and we were in a contact receiving enemy fire. As we were returning fire the mortar fire controller that was with us, called down friendly mortar fire on to the enemy. Unfortunately the grid reference was miss communicated and the friendly mortar’s started dropping on us. We ended up with a casualty. This shouldn’t have happened but it did due to bad communication.

People badly communicate all the time and thats why so many incidents happen at work, so many people lose their job, do something wrong or simply just get injured. As a race we have the perfect means to communicate yet we chose not to do so correctly. We are lazy and ignorant people. Today I would like to help you understand why proper communication is an absolute quintessential ingredient to elevate pain and suffering from yourself or someone around you.

As mentioned above so many people around us these days are suffering. Id like to say 99% of humanity are suffering. People suffer in silence all around us and will go through an entire lifetime never speaking up about it or even realising that they are suffering. So when I said people don’t know they are suffering I mean like when someone doesn’t believe they are suffering or they blame an external factor for the negative actions they act out and believe they are ok, there is nothing wrong with them, its the people around them that are at fault.


Ive grown up with a father who suffered as a child. So when he brought me up he made me suffer. He didn’t know deep down inside that he was suffering and it was the suffering inside that made him make me suffer. I have done the same to people I’ve been in relationships with in the past. I’d do things to make other people suffer for no reason, I just couldn’t help it. Why did I do this? Because I was suffering and I didn’t know I was. If someone at the time had told me – you are suffering, I’d had laughed at them and told them to beat it. I was suffering because my dad passed his suffering on through me. Fortunately I have recently come to terms with this suffering and have learnt how to clear it from my consciousness. I water no seeds related to this suffering anymore.

We all  experience suffering at some point or another. 

So next up, communication is also very important because we need to communicate to others about how or why we are suffering. If you have a wife or a child etc who is suffering, let them know that you know they are suffering. From here on It’s your job to help that said person. You need to priorities time to help them and to aid in there recovery. Be gentle, caring and be the worlds greatest listener. You have to listen. Just by listening you can rid the sufferer immediately of some pain. By communicating with the sufferer and listening to them you will hopefully start to understand the person much better than you thought you did. Listen to how their mind works, how their heart works and most of all listen to what they need to prevent any more pain. Don’t expect the sufferer to always let everything out the first time you communicate with them about this issue, just be patient and keep trying. Listen and always speak last.

You can’t LOVE if you suffer. Love is without fear. Fear is suffering. If one is suffering then one cannot truly love. If we suffer, we don’t love ourselves. WHY? Because if we loved ourselves we wouldn’t make ourselves suffer. Quite simple really. So because we don’t truly love ourselves, again, we cannot love another. When you partner is suffering they do not properly love you. If you want them to, then you have to help them learn to love themselves and to stop all suffering.

If you are both suffering which id imagine is 100% going to be the case unless you are truly pure, you understand the true meaning of life, love and peace. You have no fear and you practice unconditional love daily. Then you both need to help each other out. See it almost as a challenge. Don’t be afraid to expose yourself, what is the point in being in a relationship with someone who you cannot be fully open and honest with? If you cannot be, your relationship is already failed and will always be so.

So, learn to express yourself and communicate your problems to others and don’t ever be afraid to seek help. Without communicating your problems with others nobody will ever be their to truly help you heal.

Finally the most simple, yet seems to be the upmost difficult practice for most people is to be present.

Much suffering comes from being not present. People live in the past or the future. Very very very rarely is anyone ever present. You drive to work, you are thinking about what is going to happen today, what is about to happen or what you may have left on at home. You are never right there in the moment. You are sitting at home stroking the dog, you are thinking about the weekend, you are thinking about the doctors appointment you need to book or you are thinking about what you are going to by your mother in law for Christmas. You are never present.

I will show you quickly how hard it is to be present. Follow this quick breathing exercise.

Breathe in a nice long breath, do not hold the breath just breath it out naturally when you have fully inhaled. Say these things in your head as you complete the simple exercise.

I am the breath that i am breathing in.

(As you exhale)

I am the breath that a breath out. 

For that moment you carried out the exercise you were present. You were only truly focusing on the present moment in time, nothing else. Think about how present you just were… Now i’ve just put you into a past moment :). You have already stopped being present! Its so so easy not to be present and the lack of being present in the moment absolutely destroys peoples lives.

We worry about the future and how we have no control over the outcome. We worry about the past and how we cannot change it. The past and the future will be looked after if you live presently but people cannot seem to find the focus or love for themselves to bother being present.

If we are missing from the present HOW can we do the right thing in the present moment so that our future will already be taken care of? Stop trying to jump too far ahead to try and fix the future before it is even here yet, take care of the present and the present will take care of the future.

If we are missing from the present how can we ever come to terms and accept fully what may have happened in the past? If we are always thinking what if, but or if id only… How can we ever be happy in the present moment? We cannot even be present or happy if we are always so fixated on the past. What happened in the past has gone, stop worrying about it, accept it and do what you can to make the present moment right for you. Being happy can only be something that is done in the present, it is not in the past nor is it in the future, it is here right now. To stop suffering we must be happy.

What has happened and what hasn’t happened yet you have zero control over. What is HAPPENING right now you do have control over. Be bloody present and take control of your feelings, your life and your outcomes right now in the current moment.

So to round this post off we must start with recognising that we or someone we care about is suffering. We then need to almost expose the suffering ourselves so we can be helped or we must communicate to the sufferer that it is ok to suffer and that we are here to help them no matter what it takes. We must practice gratitude always because a lot of suffering is just created in the mind because we are naturally greedy animals. We also need to communicate with others so they know we are there for them and so that things are being properly understood. We finally must learn to spend more time being present in the moment by not getting dragged into past thoughts or future thinking.

I hope this blog was able to help you even just a little bit. We could all do with a little less suffering in our lives. Be the one who helps someone from suffering so much or be the one that opens up and allows the world and the people around you to help you heal!

I Know Nothing – But I Know Something

I know nothing. I know that I know nothing so I know something 🙂

This is the philosophy that could change your life if you have the power of will to understand and execute.

Nowadays everybody thinks they know it all. They believe that what they were taught in school is true, is fact and the only way.

The problem is, is that what you were taught is school is a pile of BS.

Put it this way. They taught you everything you need to know to go through life right? Wrong. How?

You are unhappy, you are struggling, you are ill (either mentally (anxiety, insecurity, depression etc) or physically) and so is everybody around you, that my friend is a FACT.

So what do they teach you at school then?

They teach you how to think. HOW to think! You are force fed information without being given the chance to be truly creative. You have to be somebody else, you cannot be yourself. You learn the same subjects as everybody else, you wear the same uniforms as everybody else and you are systemised like everybody else too. You are just a number, going through a process getting shown how to join the never ending rat race of a system.

So without going too deeply into the politics of how the school system destroys your fragile little mind, lets get straight to the interesting part, how to rewire your way of thinking and doing things to change your life for the better.


Personally I believe that one of the best ways to understand life, people and the lessons we learn along our journeys is to have the ability to learn to view things from multiple perspectives. Most people these days can’t even view things from their own perspective which is why people are always asking others around them to help them make a decision. If you are one of these people, put yourself in the bin, you are lost. If you can at least manage to think for yourself then you still have hope. What you need to learn from here is how to view things in your life from more than one perspective, it is not easy but the more times you try the easier it becomes. The more times you allow yourself to view things from more than one perspective the more perspectives you will be able to access, if that makes any sense. The more perspectives we can bring into a moment the greater the chances are to fully understand an experience, a lesson or a situation we find ourselves in.

So number one, we CAN teach ourselves to understand other ways of looking at problems in life. Don’t just look from your shoes or the other persons shoes, look at the situation from as many pairs of shoes as possible. Look at the situation from someone who is ill, someone who is white, black, someone who is gay, someone who is suffering, someone who is young or old etc etc Try and see it from as many different angles as you possibly can do, this will make you think so much more deeply in life which will help you understand so much more.

Next Id like to invite you into a new way of thinking.

Tell yourself…


That is it. 

Forget what you think you know and now tell yourself you know nothing. How can you possibly do things differently in life if you keep doing things the same way over and over. You cannot. So this way is a way you can adopt to change how you think and digest new things in life.

Think for a moment. Every person on this planet who follows a religion, thinks their god is the only one. So with all the religions around the world and all these different books, rules and gods etc Who is right? Well you of course, how could you be wrong? -_-

This is simply how everyone thinks. So, you are right and everybody else who doesn’t follow your religion must be wrong?! Wrong. You are all wrong. You have a single minded outlook on life and because you THINK you are special and you are always right then you must be right. You sound like a dick!

If Allah is god, then who is Jesus, or Jesus’s father? Who is Shiva, Vishnu, Ganesh, Kali? Who is Zeus, Hades, Thoth or Osiris? Are all these other gods made up or pretend? You probably don’t even know anything about them or who they are and where they come from because your head is so stuck up your F ass!

Open your mind. Take away the blinders that stop your from looking in any other direction other than forward. There is so much out there that you know nothing about. There is so much out there you didn’t even no exists. Don’t be fooled by the book someone threw in front of your face when you were vulnerable. When you are hurt, when you are young and when you are in trouble you will believe anything. Forget it all and start again. This will truly give you a new life.

So how do we go on from here? 

We carry on with life just as before but we try to forget what we think we know. We see a muslim walking down the street and before, we thought he could be a terrorist, we now have to think this man could be a doctor that saves your family members life. We’ve heard that all Chinese food is high in fat, unhealthy and full of MSG, instead of just thinking this because everyone else said so, we go and try it for ourselves. Instead of thinking all guys that are asian have ten wives, why don’t we just stop F assuming so 🙂 ?

Tell yourself you know nothing and you will learn so much more. You can rewire your brain by teaching it to work and act differently if you keep trying to make it do so. This is called Neuroplasticity.

I used to be horrible. I would think I was always right and Id never back down even when I realised I may have been wrong. I would be cruel to people for my own entertainment and Id happily manipulate people to get what I wanted. This was the old me.

It has taken a long time but I have changed the way I think and act. I am very passive now, I am much more selfless and caring to others. The majority of the time I care about others more than I do myself. I will go out of my way to help anyone I can help with anything. I do not react to hatred or violence anymore. Lastly I can see things from soooooo many different angles now which allows me to much more easily understand how to react and deal with problems that enter my life. I am very present and can deal with most things these days without losing control of emotions or getting caught up in petty drama and arguments.

I taught myself how to change and so can you. Just forget what you think you know and be empty. 

If you want something to change in your life, you have to change something! Change the way you bloody think! Let go of the old ways and adopt a new philosophy and see where it gets you.

Why Do We Make Other People Suffer???

Im sure we have all been in a situation in life where we have made people suffer. We may have been unaware of it or we may have been fully aware of it but we didn’t know why we were doing it.

Today id like to help you figure out why you may have done this in the past or why you may still do this too the people you love in the present.

Just like you, I am broken. You want to know how or why? Read on.

When we are children we are subject to many different new and overwhleming experiences. One of those experiences is growing up and absorbing energy, vibration and sound from our parents. We listen to their voices, we here them shout, cry, get angry and argue and we never ever forget this. Even If you don’t remember these things we never let them go. They have been ingrained within our DNA as we have grown up over the years. This becomes a huge problem. Ever seen the way animals react to arguments within your household? Ever heard a baby crying when you started shouting at each other? It isn’t the noise that upsets them, its the lowering of frequency in your heart and your voice that upsets them. When we get angry and upset we naturally lower out vibrational frequencies and our energy that surrounds us. This is why when we argue we either lash out or cry. We are frightened and are vulnerable. Lowering your frequency makes you weak and makes you lose control. All these feelings, energies and vibrations are also absorbed by everything around you especially humans. Whilst you or your children grow up and they are subject to these changes in frequencies they absorb them and store them in their subconscious or conscious mind. This leads to the destruction of peace and happiness and will bring on suffering later on in life.

Let me help you understand.

I have a didgeridoo right next to my computer set up so I’m going to use that to help me explain so things can be understood a little easier hopefully 🙂

A didgeridoo is originally an Australian musical instrument made out of a hollowed piece of tree. It is hollowed out and creates a very deep vibrational sound that is very earthly and relaxing. You use your lips to create a vibration that is sent along the piece of wood to make a louder sound. The wood needs to be in perfect condition without any cracks in it to make it fully functional.

Imagine you are a brand new didgeridoo as a baby. If your parents look after you, you will be a wonderful musical instrument providing beautiful healing sounds to the world and you will bring a lifetime of happiness and joy to others around you.

If you are subject to violence, hate speech, suffering or lack of love you will be unusable in the future. You will develop CRACKS, you will sound terrible and you will not continue to bring happiness or beautiful vibrations to others. You are broken and all you will understand is how to be broken and then you will just want to break others because you cannot be fixed.

Why am I broken?

I had a difficult upbringing. I was unloved, uncared for and left out. I am the middle child, the second boy with an older brother and younger sister. I naturally did everything wrong and was labelled the troubled child. Id be in trouble all the time, like alllll the time. I was never hugged or told by anyone they loved me or wanted me there. I was just left to my own devices most of the time which again, always led me into trouble. You know what happens when you get in trouble right? You get a bin can of ass whooping! Yes all the time, every time. I was so scared of my own father I hated him. There wasn’t anybody there to pick up the pieces afterwards either. Id have to cry it out and just wait for the next ass whooping which was probably a day or a week later!

Why am I talking about this? Because I suffered throughout my childhood and I have made other people suffer in my life too. I never understood why I did it too people but this is the real reason why. Im broken.

Now we can choose to stay broken or we can choose to fix ourselves. Why stay broken when we can at least try to fix things?

So the first steps to fixing anything is to realise it is happening.

The second step is acceptance. YES I do do this etc

The next step is to figure out why it has happened and what you can do to fix it.

The last stage is to accept that things happen, they can be fixed and you will fix it.

If you do not fix this problem you will only make others around you feel the suffering you place upon them.

I remember when I was young my dad said to me his dad was a horrible bastard too. You see why and what happened? My dad didn’t realise, he didn’t accept and he didn’t get too any stage soon enough to fix it. Who I am in the present is made up of who I was in the past. If my dad played a major roll in my upbringing, he lives through me. He is part of me. I cannot let what he did to me, continue to effect how I treat others. So I have learnt to accept what and who I am and also have learnt to start to change things about myself so I do not continue to hurt those around me.

DO NOT LET THIS BE AN EXCUSE. This is an experience, you can and you WILL fix this. There is no need to blame others. It is part of your journey. My dad is an absolutely wonderful man who has so much kindness in his heart. He changed later on in life and I have so much unconditional love for him. I don’t hate him for what he did, It was all part of the making of me. We live, we learn and we learn again. As long as we learn, we grow.

In Buddhism they teach that the consciousness has two parts.

The store consciousness and the mind consciousness.

In simple terms the store part of your mind is where the seeds are stored. The seeds could be any emotion like anger, love, hate, happiness etc etc

When we chose to water a particular seed it grows and expands into the mind consciousness where it takes over your conscious mind. If something angers us, the seed of anger in the store consciousness is allowed to grow into the mind consciousness. It then becomes the powering and present feeling or emotion. What you have to realise is what you pay attention to and allow to manifest inside your consciousness, you will become.

So how do we use this to heal us?

We look at the opposing emotion to anger or suffering which is happiness and love. We accept what was in the past, we revisit those memories and smile to them. We bring them love and happiness and say, I am grateful of all experiences in my life, thank you for being there for me but I will not allow you to be a part of my future as you are not here in the present with me anymore. You are fear and I am love.

We must fill our mind consciousness with love and happiness, the more we do that the less space there is for anger, hate or fear. This is like neuroplasticity, it is simply reteaching the mind how to deal with things. We train ourselves to let go of old habits and to replace those old habits with new ones.

Let go of all things you fear. We need to let more love into our hearts. We need not to blame others for how we are, life is just an experience. There may have been a reason why you are the way you are today if you had a similar upbringing to mine but it is still no excuse not to change and heal yourself.

The world needs a little less suffering so why not let go. Let the light come in to you heart and be free of old ties.

You Throwing Dirt On My Old Name…

I still find it amazing how much people love to talk about others in a bad way.

You do realise that every time you say anything or think anything bad about another you are only HURTING YOURSELF.


When we say anything or even begin to think badly of anyone we lower our mood. We also lower our frequency, our standards and our energy. The more time we give to that person the more energy we waste, the more time we waste and the more we destroy ourselves internally. We introduce stress chemicals into our bodies like cortisol which loves to make us fat and destroys any chance of positive repair and growth within the physical body. All of this just to slander someone? Seems pointless right, but people LOVE to talk badly about others.

Talking negatively of others comes from the emotion fear. We are fully engaging the ego and we are doing nothing but judging. If we judge we perceive ourselves as ‘Better” than the other person. If we are better than the person we are slandering… why are we lowering ourselves to speak so badly of them? Surely that makes us just as ‘stupid’ as them or even worse…

What do you wish to achieve from doing such a thing? The only thing you will achieve is pain, karma and negative energy. The universe and people are very reflective. Im sure you have heard the saying, ‘What you put out the universe, you will get right back’. Well this is very true, when you direct negative energy at another being, you will get it straight back. Ever been angry and then stubbed your toe? Ever sat there with your friends laughing at someone else’s expense behind there back to then go and find a parking ticket on your car? Someone stole you handbag? You just dropped your phone, again? Be careful of those people with smashed phones 🙂

What we put out we always get back, simple. PERIOD. Next time you decided to laugh at someone, say anything bad about them just be aware you are about to get that right back at least 2X harder. It is not worth it all. Also remember how much more of a dick you are becoming by engaging in such thoughts or acts! The world doesn’t need anymore bad people so change yourself!

Hate speech is just another form of anger. Buddha says much about anger. TWO of his best sayings are…

Being angry at someone is like picking up a hot coal and throwing it at them, YOU GET BURNT!!!


Being angry at someone is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die…

Buddha has his shit together. You need to get it together too.

One last thing id like to enlighten you on today is a quick insight into the esseene mirrors.

Very simply this is what you think of others is usually who you are yourself. When we quickly point the finger at others and say it is them who has a certain problem, it is 99% probably actually you who has that problem, not them. They are a part of your illusion showing you just who you really are.

DROP the EGO. QUIT Judging others. You are in no position to judge anybody. Speak badly about anyone and expect that negativity to come back around ten fold.

Be LOVING. Be KIND. Be gentle. Be AWARE. Be PRESENT. Be the person you wish to see in others. BE an EXAMPLE.

What Are You Worrying About?

In life we continuously worry about everything.

OMG did I just get caught speeding, I wasn’t paying attention, my mind was somewhere else?!

Oh shit, my insurance comes out the bank today, do I even have enough money to cover it?

My client has just decided to take a month off, how can I afford to pay the rent now?

I really like this person but what if they cheat on me, how will I forgive myself for letting myself get so deep?

The list goes on…

We spend a ridiculous amount of our lives WORRYING about things that are COMPLETELY out of our control. WHY? I do not know!!!

Yes, even I have spent many many years worrying about all sorts of stuff and sometimes, rarely, but sometimes still get caught in the worry trap. So what are we trying to achieve today? Well I want you to first off realise what you are doing and that what you are doing is primarily wasting your time and secondarily destroying you. Next I want you to find a cure for this soul destroying habit so you can spend more time enjoying life and doing more things that you love.

So without further or do why do we we WORRY so much? 

Il keep it simple. We worry because most of us lack the ability to live in the present moment. We want to live in the future and we want to worry about what could potentially happen next. If we aren’t worrying about what is next we are thinking about what happened in the past and what we could maybe have done to prevent it, change the outcome or we think why did we just do that? Its all time consuming pointless worrying no matter which time zone you are trying to exist in.

So that is why we worry, we need to now understand what we are doing to ourselves when we do worry. When we worry we overthink. Overthinking is merely your brain creating unrealistic, pointless or fake scenarios that crush your happiness. You maybe thinking did I get caught speeding or not? When this happens you are concentrating on fear. Fear that you may have done something wrong. When we concentrate on fear we rid ourselves of any happiness and we create more fear. Fear is a shit storm and it is an emotion hard to pull away from. Its like an addicting drug habit, you get involved with it and it pulls you in, it seems to grab hold of you without ever wanting to let go. You think of the speeding issues, then you think how much is the ticket going to cost, how many points you already have on your license, how much over the speed limit where you driving, do you have enough money to cover the cost of a ticket and BOOM you crash into the car in front of you. YOU LOST YOUR MIND. This is what overthinking and worrying does to you. You lose all focus and balance and you lose control. What was potentially nothing could now be a ticket, a fine and a fatal accident. Next, overthinking and worrying causes loss of time. We may have or have not been caught speeding but instead of remaining calm and driving along listening to that audio track about business and marketing, you are now listening to nothing but your own mind playing tricks on you. We stop all the good and productive things that we are doing and we focus purely on the fears we create in our mind.

So, how do we stop or hold back any of this?

First off recognise what you are doing. When you start to realise you are falling into a trap you have more chance of saving yourself from falling any deeper. Most people at the present moment they are falling in they don’t realise what is going on. Just start off by being AWARE.

Next thing we can do is realise that what has happened has happened OR what is going to happen may or may not happen BUT we have no CONTROL over any of it. Speeding ticket or not, whatever the outcome is, it is going to be just that. Worrying about it will change nothing. The only thing worrying about it will change is your mindset and your emotional state. Worrying about it more may make the situation that may not even have been an issue, worse. You are creating more problems for yourself when you worry.

We need to learn finally to STOP worrying because no matter what you believe in or think you know, YOU HAVE NO CONTROL over anything that has gone, or anything that hasn’t happened yet. If the world wants to teach you a lesson it will. You cannot escape experiences that are necessary in your life by trying to outsmart it. It does not work 🙂

What will happen, will ALWAYS happen…

Learn to let go of all fears, you have no control. Trust in your journey and learn from your lessons. Accept all things good and bad as just experiences. The more we experience and learn from this physical world the more we can take with us when we leave.

Lastly, DEPRESSION and ANXIETY are caused by worrying. Worrying about the past or worrying about what could happen in the future. THEY are not mental illnesses that are caused by anything else but attachment and worry with a bit of overthinking thrown in for good measure. LET GO of all fears, they are not real.






Be present and be accepting of what is to come or merely what has already been. Let go of all fears and have a balanced mindset. Be kind to yourself and do not create STRESS where it is not needed in your life. Life is full of problems, it is supposed to be. The more we focus on problems the more we see. The more problems we see, the more we create. Focus on the positives and just ACCEPT the negatives that come with life and get on with it.

Trust In Your Journey…

Life is full of ups and down.

Somedays are just plain horrible whilst other days are absolutely awesome. This is not determined by the way you feel and what mood you are in, there are supposed to be a variety of ups and downs in your day to day lives.

Life is all about balance. From the night comes the day. From the good comes the bad. From the potato comes a chip (fries). Everything natural always has an opposing side.

Life should be balanced.

Today Id like to just help you understand why life has it ups and downs and why you should just let them come into your life wether they are good or bad and just trust life to keep flowing.

Life is all about experience. Its about having and learning from as many different experiences as possible, as the more things we learn, the more things we have to take away with us when we ascend and leave this physical dimension. We came to earth as a soul, we incarnated into a human as a baby and we had a pre written plan of action all decided before we got here, to complete be we die and return to the source. So the more we learn the better off we will be when we leave. Money, cars, clothes and all material things are not experiences that you can take with you, so they are useless things to focus on. They are not part of your journey and will not contribute anything to your life other than to deceive and distract you from your real life path.

So with life being based around experiences wether they are emotional, physical, psychological or spiritual etc they will all bring different aspects to your life and allow you to learn something different from each and everyone of them. You have to understand that we as humans tend to learn better from feeling pain. This is why when people break the law they are punished mentally and physically in correctional facilities for long periods of time. Time in solitary brings many people great amounts of psychological, mental and emotional pain. This is the way the system uses to teach people lessons. Your life is much the same. If it wants you to experience something and to learn from the experience it will usually decide to take a huge shit on you, period. We learn quicker this way even if it pains us.

So I want you to take from this blog that it is ok to be hurt by experiences in your life.

They are being placed there on your path to help you learn which in the long run you will gain from. Some people suffer from a crazy amount of losses and bad experiences over a short period of time and think there life is done for or over but this is not the case. Maybe its because they learn so fast. They go from one lesson to another so quickly it appears that they are always suffering. (If the suffering is related to each individual incident, not if you are suffering with depression etc) Don’t worry as this is a blessing in disguise. They most likely are flying through all there lessons now so in the future they can have a much easier time. Some people also have lessons spread out over larger periods of time which can appear to some people like they are always ok and never have an periods of learning or suffering, but don’t worry they still do its just spread out.

The speed in which we get these experiences or lessons is dependant on where you are at on your journey. It is also dependant on what incarnation you are in and what stage you are at in your souls evolution. We must trust that our soul is guiding us on the right path that we need to go down in this life. We must trust that with the bad comes the good. Not all lessons are bad and will cause suffering its just that most of the time we chose to ignore the nicer lessons we are given so we are punished with bad ones. Learn to spot all the potential lessons that you are getting thrown at you in your day to day life. Decoded the signs and work on things as soon as you notice them. Trust that you are on the right path and that you are becoming a better person everyday. When life choses to take away from you, understand that life is still about balance and that it will definitely give you something back. When something goes bad, trust that something good is coming. I think a positive state of mind is important at all times. When something bad does happen to us in life and you continue to prolong an ill state of mind you will just attract more negativity and pain in your life.

So, trust that your journey knows what you need and where you need to go. Let your life flow and allow it to flower and fruit naturally in front of you. You have ZERO control over what happens no matter how careful you think you are being. Life WILL find lessons to teach you and give you the experiences you need to have before you leave. Be one with your soul, let your life flow like a river and just embrace it. Let bad experiences come and go and be ready to accept all great things to also come and go as they please. Like i said before do not focus on trying to control it, you cannot do so. Just let it flow and go with it. Be present, be grateful and be positive.

Trust in your journey and if it has been bad recently, just BE PATIENT and allow it work itself out. Remember from the BAD comes the good. Open your heart, be loving always and be grateful of everything in your life.

Dont be afraid to keep failing or too keep feeling pain, it will only make you stronger in the long run. The more pain you feel now, the less you will feel later on in life if you LEARN from it 🙂

Everything is in place, accept the challenges and keep pushing through. There is always light at the end of the tunnel if you have a pure heart.
